A multi-state Listeria outbreak possibly linked to deli meat has sickened 28 people across 12 states, including one individual from North Carolina. The CDC reports that most affected individuals consumed deli-sliced turkey and liverwurst. One death occurred in Illinois and another in New Jersey.
