Tropical Storm Debby washed 25 packages of cocaine, totaling 70 pounds, onto a beach in the Florida Keys, confirmed by Samuel Briggs II, Acting Chief Patrol Agent of the U.S. Border Patrol’s Miami Sector. A good Samaritan found the drugs, which have a street value of over $1 million, and alerted authorities. The beach's name and the cocaine's origin remain undisclosed.
