Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz was arrested for drunk driving in 1995 after being caught speeding at 96 mph in a 55 zone. He failed a field sobriety test and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.128%. Walz pleaded down to reckless driving, paying a $200 fine. His campaign manager later claimed he was not drunk and had hearing issues, but there is no court record to support this.
