Sleep Disruptions Up Susceptibility to COVID-19

Category: Health

Preexisting sleep disturbances, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and abnormal sleep duration, significantly increase vulnerability to COVID-19, hospitalization, mortality, and long COVID.
