No charges will be brought in case where RFK Jr. dumped dead bear in Central Park

Category: Politics

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will not face charges for leaving a dead bear cub in Central Park a decade ago, as the statute of limitations has expired. The New York State Department of Environment Conservation closed the investigation in 2014 due to insufficient evidence. Kennedy admitted in a video that he placed the bear in the park after it was killed in a car accident, intending to make it appear as if it was struck by a bicyclist.
