Southern Ontario has experienced a quiet month for severe weather, with only two confirmed tornadoes. However, a potent storm threat is expected for Central and Eastern Ontario, with risks of large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes. Storms will develop over Georgian Bay and track into regions like Parry Sound and Muskoka, intensifying as they move towards the Ottawa Valley, where the strongest tornado threat exists. Flash flooding is also a concern as storms may move slowly through the Greater Toronto Area.
