Matthew Huttle, a 42-year-old man recently pardoned for his involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, was shot and killed by a sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop in Indiana. Huttle allegedly resisted arrest and was armed. An investigation is underway, and the deputy has been placed on paid administrative leave. Huttle had previously pleaded guilty to charges related to the Capitol riot and was pardoned by Trump shortly before his death.
