BREAKING: Jasper High School coach killed by stray bullet in San Antonio shooting

Ayden Rose Burt, a 28-year-old volleyball and track coach at Jasper High School, was fatally shot in San Antonio while attending a coaching school. She was struck by a bullet at the Smoke Skybar and later died in the hospital. Investigators are working to determine the source of the shot. Burt had been with Jasper ISD since 2019 and was well-regarded by her community.
